A family-run clinic, built around the way care should feel.

Omni Physio is a new clinic in Newmarket, built by a family with deep roots in rehabilitation care. We are bringing the practical, hands-on approach behind our family’s established Thornhill clinic to a new space — with experienced practitioners, more than one kind of support, and time for a real conversation.

Coverage & claims

Let us make the paperwork the easy part.

We work with all major extended-health insurance providers. Bring your coverage information when you come in; we will explain the next step plainly and take care of the clinic paperwork.

Direct billing

Direct billing means we send eligible claims to your insurer for you, so you do not have to submit the clinic portion yourself.

We organize the clinic forms and treatment paperwork from start to finish, including MVA and WSIB claims.

Insurance providers we work with

Canada Life, Manulife, Sun Life, GreenShield, Blue Cross, Desjardins, and other major plans. Your individual plan determines the benefits available to you.

Extended health plans & direct billing

For most extended-health plans, we can submit the clinic’s portion directly to the insurer. Any remaining amount depends on your individual plan, so it is always worth bringing your benefit details with you.

Motor vehicle accident claims (MVA)

MVA means a motor vehicle accident claim. If you are recovering after a collision, we help with the clinic forms and required treatment information so the process is clearer while you focus on getting better.

Workplace injury claims (WSIB)

WSIB is Ontario’s Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. If your injury happened at work, we help with the clinic documentation and work within the WSIB process for approved care.

The people behind Omni

Omni is being built by people who know rehabilitation care from both the clinical and day-to-day sides of a clinic. Meet the team and learn what each person brings to the experience.

Registered Physiotherapist

Alireza Aminlari

Alireza brings more than 25 years of physiotherapy experience across hands-on care, cardiac rehabilitation, and clinical education. He earned his Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Tehran Medical University in 1995 and directed the Cardiac Rehabilitation ward at Moheb Hospital before moving to Canada in 2010.

His continued training includes cardiac rehabilitation, kinesiotaping, principles of pharmacology in rehabilitation, and lumbar-sacroiliac joint care.

Co-manager

Azam

Azam will be on-site as Omni’s co-manager. Her background includes more than 20 years of physiotherapy experience across different areas of practice, with particular training in neurological and orthopedic care and a strong interest in exercise therapy.

Manual Osteopathic Practitioner

Sirous Abbasalipour

Sirous is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner and a member of the National Manual Osteopathic Society. Before coming to Canada, he practised physiotherapy as a registered physiotherapist for more than 20 years. He later completed osteopathy training in Canada and brings that perspective to musculoskeletal care.
